Derek Pace joined Harvest Project in June 2007 as Operations Manager. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the building and the Clothes for Change thrift shop. Derek comes to us with more than five years experience in business operations and management. Before joining Harvest Project, he worked in management for the North Shore Association for the Mentally Handicapped.
Derek has lived on the North Shore for three years and felt called to work with individuals facing hardships in his community. When not at Harvest Project, Derek spends time with his family and when he can, sneaks off to a river or lake with a fly rod.
