Terry comes to the Harvest Project from Capilano Christian Community Church and also from Capilano University as Coordinator and Faculty in the Adult Special Education Department for 17 years. He has a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and has also worked in the Public School System at the Elementary and Secondary levels as an administrator and teacher.

Terry has been the Chair of the ASE's Provincial Articulation Committee and has sat on many boards and councils including: Disability Boards, College/University Special Education, Education Council at Capilano University, Community and Christian Church Boards.

Through his work at Capilano University, Terry has had a working association with the Harvest Project since its inception and believes strongly in the work and philosophy of the organization and would love to assist its development in any way he can.

Terry is married to Linda who works at SFU and is a proud new Grandpa!
